We enrich the music life of the region with a broad repertoire and exciting programs. Sinfonietta Passau fills repertoire gaps of great symphonic music, presents challenging and rarely performed works as well as world premieres. Local composers are promoted.

 

The Sinfonietta Passau aims to establish its own concert cycle in Passau and the surrounding area (on the occasion of the Bruckner Year 2024, the orchestra will present several Bruckner symphonies). In addition, the city of Passau will be worthily represented in other regions of Germany and Austria through the participation of Sinfonietta Passau in supra-regional festivals and guest performances.
